How we do it
Commercial, the way the fiber calls for.
Commercial carpet takes far more traffic than residential and shows it in lanes rather than spots. Regular interim maintenance on the lanes, with periodic deep extraction, keeps the whole floor looking even and makes the carpet last years longer than waiting until it looks bad.
We have cleaned for offices, medical and dental practices, churches, schools, sorority and fraternity houses, moving companies and retail spaces across Indianapolis for decades. We work evenings and weekends as standard, and we can hold a standing schedule so it stays off your list.
A certificate of insurance is on file and available on request.

Walk-through and plan
We look at the space, the traffic patterns and the carpet type, then propose a schedule: one-time deep clean, or a maintenance program.

After-hours scheduling
Evenings and weekends are standard for commercial work. The floor is dry before your first employee arrives.

Clean
Traffic-lane maintenance between deep cleans, and truck-mounted hot-water extraction for the deep-cleaning visits.

Standing schedule
Monthly, quarterly or seasonal, we hold the date and show up. You do not have to remember to call. We also leave you a spot out bottle for touch-ups, and we refill it free the next time we're out.

Commercial work is quoted per property after a quick walk-through or a phone call about square footage and traffic. Standing maintenance schedules are priced per visit. Real ranges, not teaser rates. Every home is different — square footage and carpet condition change the number. Common questions
Do you clean during business hours?
We can, but most commercial customers prefer evenings or weekends so the floor is dry and the building is empty. Both are standard for us.
How often should commercial carpet be cleaned?
It depends on traffic. Entries and main corridors often want lane maintenance monthly or quarterly, with a full extraction once or twice a year. We will propose a schedule after seeing the space.
Are you insured?
Yes. A certificate of insurance is on file and we can send it to your property manager on request.
Do you clean commercial upholstery and tile?
Yes. Waiting-room chairs, lobby tile and breakroom floors can all be done on the same visit.
