How we do it
Tile & Grout, the way the fiber calls for.
Grout is porous, so it holds soil that mopping only redistributes. Household cleaners and a mop seem to work while the floor is new, but the grime builds up in the grout lines until the whole floor looks dull and the grout has lost its original color.
Our tile and grout system combines emulsification, heat, pressure and vacuum. A pre-treatment breaks down the soil, then a pressurized cleaning head rinses the tile and grout while contained extraction pulls the dirty water straight into the truck instead of letting it dry back into the floor.
The same process safely cleans other hard surfaces: natural stone, porcelain, non-slip safety flooring and man-made tile.
What we do and don't do: we clean tile and grout. We don't repair cracked tile or loose grout, and we don't offer grout coloration. If your floor needs those, we'll say so during the walk-through and point you to someone who does that work.

Inspection and pre-treatment
We check the tile and grout type, then apply a pre-treatment to the grout lines and let it dwell so the soil releases.

Pressurized cleaning
A contained cleaning head rinses with heat and pressure while vacuum captures the dirty water, so there is no overspray and no mess.

Edges and corners by hand
Baseboards, corners and the spots the head cannot reach are detailed by hand.

Rinse and dry
The floor is rinsed clean and the water extracted as we go, so it is dry enough to walk on right away. We also leave you a spot out bottle for touch-ups, and we refill it free the next time we're out.

Common questions
Do you fix cracked tile or loose grout?
No. We clean tile and grout; we don't repair cracked tile or loose grout, and we don't offer grout coloration. If we see either during the walk-through we'll tell you, and the cleaning still goes ahead on the sound areas.
Will the grout go back to its original color?
In most cases, yes. Grout that has been stained by dye, rust or years of neglect may not come back fully, and we will tell you what to expect during the walk-through.
Can you clean natural stone?
Yes. The same process works on most natural stone, porcelain and man-made tile. We check the surface first and adjust pressure and chemistry to suit it.
How long until I can walk on the floor?
Right away. The contained extraction leaves the floor nearly dry, so there is no waiting.
