Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how 2dye4, doing business as Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website, request a quote, sign up for our monthly specials by email, or communicate with us by phone or text. Our office is at 4521 W. 99th Street, Carmel, IN 46032.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a quote or sign up for our monthly specials we collect what you enter: name, phone number, email address, city, the services you are interested in, and your message. If you text us a photo of a spot for an estimate, we receive the photo and your phone number through our texting service.
• Texting consent. If you check the box to receive text messages, we record that consent, the phone number, and the time it was given.
• Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting provider (GoDaddy) logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To respond to quote requests, give you a price, and schedule and perform cleaning services.
• To send appointment reminders and coordinate the job, by phone or, with your consent, by text message.
• To reply to photos you send us for an estimate.
• If you signed up for them, to send our monthly special to the email address you provided, and, if you have opted in to texts, occasional promotional messages.
• To keep records of the work we have done for you so we can serve you better on return visits.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the business, and they process information only on our behalf:

• GoDaddy hosts this website.
• Web3Forms processes the quote request form and delivers what you enter to our office email.
• Constant Contact stores the email address you enter to receive our monthly specials and sends those emails on our behalf.
• Google reCAPTCHA is used on the pages that carry the monthly-specials signup form (the home page and the Specials page) to tell people from automated submissions. On those pages Google may collect device and browser information and set its own cookies, subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Nextiva provides our business phone and text-messaging service.
• Email and scheduling tools used by our office.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Text-messaging consent and phone numbers collected for texting are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Text messaging

Texting is optional. You can opt in by checking the box on our quote form or by texting us first. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by calling 317-876-9944. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

Cookies

This site itself uses a single browser setting to remember that you dismissed the offer bar at the top of the page. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The Google reCAPTCHA service described above may set its own cookies on the two pages that carry the signup form. If we add analytics in the future, it will be a privacy-respecting service and this policy will be updated.

Retention

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty, guarantee and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to end text messages, or HELP for help.
• Every monthly-specials email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask the office and we will remove your address.
• Contact us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging cleaning services and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
